Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy

All items have a 15 day return period. Any items returned after the 15 days will incur a restocking fee of 15%. Buyer is responsible for return freight. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Expedited shipping will not be refunded.

If items are damaged in transit or mis-shipped as a result of an error on our part, we will make it right in full.

International Orders

Faraday Defense does ship outside of the United States. Returns from international countries will be treated in the same manner as domestic orders. If an order does not arrive at the intended address due to a customer’s error while inputting their address on initial order, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping to the proper address. Should the address error be a mistake on our part, we will cover the re-shipping fee. Any international packages that return due to being unclaimed once arriving in the destination country, the customer will be liable for re-shipping costs as well. Any other errors due to a mistake on behalf of Faraday Defense will be covered by the company. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
